What is this role?
We are looking for a Junior Customer Support Agent to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Germany, requiring you to visit our Berlin office just two to three days per month. You will play a vital role in ensuring our users have a seamless experience on our platform, acting as the primary point of contact for our community.
What will you do?
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to our users by answering incoming inquiries via phone and email.
- Help customers navigate our website and resolve questions regarding our subscriptions, products, and current promotions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and handle various administrative tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.
