Key outcomes
- Manage client inquiries through email, Salesforce, and Intercom, ensuring users understand how to maximize our software.
- Conduct data research and troubleshooting to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Create concise, visually appealing, and data-driven PowerPoint presentations that offer actionable business recommendations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our users, maintaining a professional yet engaging tone.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and drive product improvements.
- Oversee user permissions and assist with database maintenance and quality control tasks.
- Provide one-on-one training to help clients leverage our syndicated products for their specific business goals.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a field such as Marketing, Business, Psychology, or Economics.
- One to three years of experience in a customer support, market research, or analytical role, ideally within a technology or data-focused company.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to consult effectively with diverse client groups.
- Strong analytical capabilities and the talent to translate complex data into compelling narratives.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with G Suite and intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience working within the food service industry.
- Prior familiarity with Salesforce or Intercom.
