The role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Advisor to join our Customer Experience team on a contractor basis. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work in a hybrid capacity within the United Kingdom, helping us provide world-class service during our busiest time of the year.
Core responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries while triaging more complex technical issues to the appropriate team members.
- Provide high-quality support to our diverse user base, including students and administrators at higher education institutions.
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering friendly, accurate, and timely assistance to ensure our users have a seamless experience.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of technical aptitude and strong interpersonal skills. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, whether in SaaS, retail, or hospitality.
- Proven ability in IT troubleshooting, including familiarity with Windows and Mac systems and general system settings.
- The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to users with varying levels of computer literacy.
- A foundational understanding of GDPR and Data Protection compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- A self-motivated mindset with the ability to manage your own agenda and meet service level agreements.
Compensation and benefits
