What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Customer Success professional to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates anywhere. In this role, you will own the post-sales lifecycle for our high-profile clients, acting as a strategic partner to the world's best venture capital firms and startups.
What will you do?
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ranging from senior executives to daily platform users.
- Proactively manage the entire customer journey, from initial deployment and adoption to growth, contract renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer by collaborating with our product and engineering teams to ensure client feedback directly shapes our platform roadmap.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in Customer Experience and Relationship Management within the SaaS or Financial Services sectors. We are looking for a strategic thinker who excels at Customer Retention and possesses excellent Communication skills. You should have a proven track record of managing complex accounts and the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels of an organization.
