What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Customer Success professional to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates anywhere. In this role, you will own the post-sales lifecycle for our high-profile clients, acting as a strategic partner to the world's best venture capital firms and startups.

What will you do?

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ranging from senior executives to daily platform users.
  • Proactively manage the entire customer journey, from initial deployment and adoption to growth, contract renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer by collaborating with our product and engineering teams to ensure client feedback directly shapes our platform roadmap.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in Customer Experience and Relationship Management within the SaaS or Financial Services sectors. We are looking for a strategic thinker who excels at Customer Retention and possesses excellent Communication skills. You should have a proven track record of managing complex accounts and the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels of an organization.
