The opportunity
As a Senior Customer Success Specialist, you will serve as a vital link between our platform and our users. This contractor role is fully remote, allowing you to contribute to our mission from anywhere in the world. You will be instrumental in upholding our 24/7 service promise, ensuring that every interaction reflects our dedication to quality. Because we operate globally, this role requires the flexibility to work in a three-shift rotation, which allows us to provide consistent support across all time zones.
A day in the life
- You will provide timely and accurate assistance to our users through email and chat, ensuring that every inquiry is handled with care and professionalism.
- You will manage and maintain user records within our systems, performing data entry and analysis to keep our information accurate and actionable.
- You will oversee quality assurance by conducting regular checks to identify inconsistencies and safeguard user confidentiality, while collaborating with internal teams to refine our processes.
Who you are
We are looking for someone who brings a wealth of experience and a proactive mindset to our team. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, specifically using online communication platforms, with additional experience in data logging or entry being highly valued.
- Strong technical proficiency, including hands-on experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and basic database management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to interact effectively with a diverse global user base.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a focus on detail.
