What you bring
We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Specialist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how our enterprise clients interact with our technology. Your daily contributions will center on these core areas:
- Managing the entire customer lifecycle, from initial onboarding and product deployment to long-term adoption and relationship management.
- Acting as a strategic partner to our enterprise clients by conducting business reviews, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring our AI solutions align with their specific business goals.
- Serving as the internal voice of the customer to our product and technical teams to ensure we are constantly improving and resolving challenges efficiently.
Requirements
Success in this role requires a blend of technical aptitude and high-level relationship management. We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in Customer Success, specifically within the Enterprise SaaS space. You should have a solid grasp of artificial intelligence concepts and the ability to clearly explain their value to diverse stakeholders. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills are essential for this position. We value candidates who are self-starters, possess a strong bias for action, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where everyone contributes as an individual contributor. Proficiency in English is required.
