The opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Customer Success Representative to join our team in a hybrid capacity. Based out of our Las Vegas station, you will act as the primary voice for our customers, ensuring that every traveler receives the guidance they need to have an unforgettable experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships and wants to play a vital part in maintaining the high standards of service that define our brand.

A day in the life

• You will provide personalized assistance to prospects and customers, offering expert guidance on our full range of offerings like rentals, subscriptions, and camping spots.
• You will serve as the first point of contact for support, professionally resolving complex issues such as damage claims, breakdowns, and customer complaints.
• You will manage the lifecycle of bookings and subscriptions, handling updates, modifications, and cancellations with care and efficiency.

Who you are

To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of technical proficiency and a warm, customer-focused attitude. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• You possess at least two years of experience in customer service, with previous call center experience being a significant plus.
• You are fluent in English, and being bilingual is considered an asset.
• You have a knack for handling complaints with grace and maintaining a positive demeanor under pressure.
• You are comfortable using Zendesk or similar support software and have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
• You are a self-starter who enjoys working independently and has a genuine love for travel and camping.
• You must reside within commuting distance of our Las Vegas station to support our hybrid work model.
