The role

We are seeking a Customer Success Program Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity within the United States. This is a mid-level position designed for a professional who thrives on driving strategic initiatives and ensuring our customers realize the full value of our software. You will serve as a vital link between our internal teams and our clients, ensuring that our high standards for customer success remain at the core of everything we do.

Core responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success leadership to advance strategic business initiatives and implement continuous improvements across the team.
• Coordinate and facilitate internal engagements to ensure seamless alignment across various departments.
• Identify and execute process optimizations that significantly enhance our operational efficiency.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in project management and a passion for collaborative work. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in project management or related professional roles.
• A solid foundation in data analysis to support informed decision-making and project tracking.
• Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Marketing.
• A strong understanding of software development processes and modern application lifecycles.
• A bachelor's degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
