We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. Our company operates a dynamic media platform that serves as a vital bridge between agencies and brands. We help agencies showcase their expertise, publish thought leadership, and connect with the brand market through high-traffic marketing channels. Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding process for new agencies to ensure they are set up for success from day one.
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to help our clients utilize the full capabilities of our platform.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to review performance, share data analysis, and update them on new features to drive high renewal rates.
Requirements
- At least one year of professional experience in a role such as Customer Success, Account Executive, or Account Manager.
- Strong proficiency in managing CRM systems and handling complex data sets.
- A collaborative mindset with a genuine passion for delivering first-class service to every client.
- While not required, previous exposure to the advertising or media industry will be considered a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
