About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager on a Full Time basis. In this remote position you will own the relationship with a set of clients, helping them adopt and expand their use of HubSpot’s CRM, marketing, sales, and service tools so they achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, guiding them through onboarding and ensuring they implement HubSpot tools successfully.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships by understanding each client’s business goals and tailoring solutions that drive adoption and growth.
- Track client usage and performance metrics, proactively address issues, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that increase satisfaction and revenue.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience managing client relationships and delivering solutions with CRM, marketing, sales, or service platforms.
- Strong client-facing communication skills and a proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable HubSpot strategies.
- Hands-on experience with onboarding, training, reporting, and identifying growth opportunities for clients.
- Fluency in English.
