What you'll be doing
- You will manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure our solutions align perfectly with their business goals and long-term strategy.
- You will lead essential success planning, business reviews, and status sessions to maintain strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- You will proactively identify risks, manage the path to resolution, and serve as a primary advocate for your clients within our organization.
What you'll bring
- You have 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B or B2C SaaS, specifically within e-commerce analytics or marketing.
- You possess a deep understanding of business trends and the ability to quickly grasp complex client business models.
- You are proficient in Marketing, Account Management, Digital Analytics, and general Business strategy.
- You are a fluent English speaker who thrives in ambiguous situations and takes pride in your ability to self-organize.
What you'll get
The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $110,000. In addition to your salary, you will receive the following benefits:
