Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of your book of business, focusing on building long-term, strategic partnerships with banking clients and high-value, Tier 1 accounts.
- Drive the adoption and utilization of our platform to ensure clients gain the maximum possible value from our services.
- Monitor client performance and usage metrics continuously to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
- Lead product training sessions and develop resources to help clients optimize their use of our technology.
- Manage the reporting process, including preparing for and leading Quarterly Business Reviews.
Must-haves
- At least 3 years of experience in a Customer Success role within the Fintech, Payments, or SaaS sectors, specifically working with enterprise clients.
- Strong technical acumen, including the ability to discuss API integrations and technical concepts with confidence.
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships and act as a strategic advisor to your clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening and effective presentation.
- A pragmatic, flexible approach to working within a fast-paced, growing company.
- Fluency in English.
