The opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will serve as a vital partner to our customers, ensuring they get the most value out of our products and services. You will act as the voice of the customer within our organization, helping us refine our offerings and improve the overall user experience. By combining your analytical skills with an entrepreneurial spirit, you will help us scale our practices and foster a community of passionate brand ambassadors who are seeing real results in their schools.
A day in the life
- You will proactively analyze customer data to identify opportunities for support, ensuring that every school you work with is implementing our solutions with fidelity and achieving their specific learning goals.
- You will collaborate closely with our internal teams, including sales and product departments, to streamline the onboarding experience and ensure that our customers feel supported at every stage of their journey.
- You will contribute to the development of our internal Customer Success playbook and create informative resources that help your colleagues better understand how to drive product adoption and promote long-term value.
Who you are
You are a motivated professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS environment. You possess excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of what it takes to guide a customer through a successful implementation. We value candidates who are fluent in English and ready to take ownership of their assigned region. While not required, having experience with State Department of Education assessments or holding a PMP certification would certainly make you stand out. Most importantly, you are someone who enjoys building relationships and is genuinely excited about the impact technology can have on education.
