At GreenFlux, we develop cloud-based management software for electric vehicle charging, empowering charge point operators and mobility service providers to launch and scale their businesses. As part of the DKV Mobility Group, we are at the forefront of the renewable energy revolution, and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team as we continue to expand our impact across Europe.

What you bring

We are seeking a mid-level professional for a full-time, on-site role based in the Netherlands. In this position, you will serve as the primary advocate for our international clients, guiding them through every stage of their journey from initial onboarding to long-term growth. You will leverage your expertise in sales, energy management, and project management to ensure our partners succeed. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new accounts and maintaining high levels of engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling and account expansion to help our clients grow their own operations.
  • Acting as the central point of contact for your portfolio, coordinating with internal technical and accounting teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a proactive and analytical mindset. We are looking for someone who can balance commercial goals with a genuine interest in the energy sector. You should hold a Bachelor or Master degree, ideally in a commercial or environmental field, and bring at least two years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment. Strong communication skills are essential, as you must be professionally fluent in English and German. We value candidates who are self-starters, comfortable working in a fast-paced scale-up environment, and capable of asking the right questions to drive results.
