What you bring
In this mid-level, full-time role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our services. While this position is remote, our preferred location for this role is Singapore. You will utilize your expertise in SaaS, market analysis, and relationship building to drive success across the mobile game ecosystem. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the entire customer lifecycle, from providing a seamless onboarding experience to driving platform adoption and conducting regular business reviews.
- Building and executing strategic account plans, proactively assessing churn risk, and leading efforts to support at-risk accounts.
- Developing trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers and executive buyers while collaborating with our internal product and marketing teams to improve our offerings.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who combines analytical rigor with strong interpersonal skills. You should hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess at least two years of customer-facing experience in the SaaS sector, specifically working with stakeholders in the gaming industry. You must be a self-motivated professional who excels at translating customer needs into product requirements. Fluency in English and Chinese is required for this role, and proficiency in Japanese is considered a significant advantage. The ideal candidate is a team player who is comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
What we offer
We believe in compensating our team fairly based on their location and the value they bring to the company. For this position based in Singapore, the annual on-target earnings range is 62,000 to 105,000 USD, with additional commission opportunities available on upsell renewals.
