Role at a glance
We are hiring a Customer Success Manager - Europe on a full-time, mid-level basis. The role is on-site in Germany and conducted primarily in English.
Your impact
- Guide new clients through smooth onboarding so they quickly realize value from our AI and SaaS platform.
- Drive ongoing engagement by understanding client goals and aligning our solutions to deliver measurable results.
- Spot expansion opportunities, coordinate with sales on renewals and upsells, and champion customer needs inside the company.
What you'll need
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field, plus three to five years of customer success experience, ideally in SaaS. Background in AI or automation is a strong advantage. You bring clear communication and presentation skills, an analytical approach to data, proven ability to juggle multiple accounts, and a genuine passion for helping clients succeed.
