Key outcomes
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of enterprise accounts to ensure high retention rates and secure contract renewals.
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities by upselling and cross-selling our product suite to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- Lead new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and driving long-term product adoption.
- Monitor customer health and engagement metrics to proactively mitigate churn risks and provide personalized support.
- Act as a strategic advocate for your customers, providing internal feedback to our product teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain high data accuracy within Salesforce, including precise opportunity forecasting and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with New Business Managers to develop and implement strategic growth plans for your assigned regions.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets through diligent account management.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing sales role.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce, including the ability to manage forecasts and build reports.
- Proven ability to navigate complex customer objections and negotiate value-based outcomes.
- Experience managing renewal and expansion motions while delivering against revenue targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a passion for the education technology landscape.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time as required.
Compensation
The total targeted earnings for this position is $120,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
