Are you ready to help us transform the financial landscape by giving people true ownership over their own data? At Argyle, we are a Series C startup on a mission to replace outdated, manual documentation with a real-time income data platform. We believe that by allowing users to connect their employment records directly to the services they use, we can create a more efficient and equitable financial system for everyone. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our remote-first team and help us solve systemic data challenges.
What you bring
As a Junior Customer Success Engineer, you will play a vital role in our remote-first environment, working from anywhere to ensure our clients have a seamless experience with our platform. You will bridge the gap between our product and our customers, utilizing your expertise in Full Stack Development and Technical Solutions to drive success. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing the technical implementation process for our customers and providing ongoing support.
- Developing and delivering tailored technical solutions to meet the specific requirements of our clients.
- Resolving incoming inquiries and technical issues through platforms like Zendesk, Email, and Slack.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who has one to three years of experience in a support or solutions engineering role. You should possess a solid foundation in Full Stack Development and feel comfortable debugging complex systems. Because you will be working directly with our clients, strong communication skills and a professional, client-facing demeanor are essential. We value individuals who can work independently in a remote setting and who are fluent in English. A technical background that allows you to troubleshoot web and mobile SDKs will be a significant asset as you help our customers navigate our offerings.
What we offer
We are pleased to offer a base salary range of $110,000 to $120,000, in addition to a discretionary performance bonus. Beyond your compensation, we strive to support your professional and personal well-being through a variety of perks.
- The freedom of a remote-first work culture.
- Meaningful ownership through stock options.
- A $1,000 home office budget provided after your first month to ensure you have a comfortable workspace.
How to Apply
If you are excited about the prospect of joining a fast-growing, ambitious team and contributing to a more transparent financial future, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your application to start the conversation and learn more about how you can help us make an impact at Argyle.
