Trusted by over 30,000 users and 500 companies globally, we are looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer to join our fully remote team and help our enterprise clients mitigate risks and improve their security posture.

Key outcomes

• Lead and support the deployment of the runZero platform for our enterprise customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive engagement and strategic guidance.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing hands-on problem solving for exposure management challenges.
• Create custom integrations and automation scripts to meet specific customer requirements.
• Advocate for customer needs by collaborating with our internal sales, product, and engineering teams to influence product development.
• Develop repeatable success processes and contribute to our internal product documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in deploying both SaaS and on-premise technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python or Go.
• Strong technical background in networking and the OSI model.
• Experience working with REST APIs and structured data formats like JSON.
• A genuine curiosity and commitment to staying current with the cybersecurity industry.
• The ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and functional managers.
• Professional fluency in English.

Compensation

We believe in transparency regarding our hiring process. The expected salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000, supplemented by stock options. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% employer-paid platinum-level medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance for you and your dependents. Additionally, we provide a 4% 401(k) match, unlimited vacation time, 11 company holidays, and a year-end recharge week.
