We are Argyle, a Series C startup on a mission to reshape the financial landscape. We have built a real-time income data platform that replaces outdated, manual documentation like paystubs with direct, secure connections to employment records. By giving consumers ownership over their own data, we help them qualify for financial resources while enabling providers to streamline their workflows. We are currently looking for a Customer Success Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior-level professional to help our clients navigate our platform and ensure they get the most out of our technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical implementation process for our customers and provide ongoing support after they go live.
- Develop and deliver customized technical solutions to meet the unique requirements of our clients.
- Actively debug and troubleshoot our web and mobile SDKs while managing incoming inquiries through Zendesk, email, and Slack.
Requirements
- Between 1 and 3 years of professional experience in a solutions engineering or support engineering capacity.
- A solid foundation in full-stack development.
- Proven ability to debug and resolve issues across a variety of complex development systems.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to a technical audience.
- Experience working effectively in a remote environment and the ability to manage tasks independently.
What we offer
The base salary for this position is between $110,000 and $120,000 USD, plus a discretionary performance bonus. In addition to your compensation, we provide the following benefits:
