About the Role
We are hiring a Customer Success Associate on a full-time basis. In this position you will act as the primary point of contact for our most valued customers, combining deep product knowledge with proactive outreach to keep their experience seamless and their success growing.
Key Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships by reaching out to customers based on usage data, following up on open questions, and creating tailored education plans that help them get more from Coinbase.
- Deliver best-in-class support by handling inquiries through to resolution, spotting issues early, and working with internal specialists to fix root causes quickly.
- Turn customer feedback and usage insights into concrete improvements that reduce friction and strengthen trust in our platform.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in customer success or account management, ideally supporting high-value clients and building engagement programs in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic understanding of blockchain, Web3 concepts, staking, self-custody, and cryptocurrency in general.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, a genuine interest in helping customers succeed, and the flexibility to adapt as priorities shift in a high-growth environment.
- Fluency in English.
Location
This role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
The target annual salary range for this position is $65,450 to $77,000 USD. Full-time employees also receive a target bonus plus comprehensive benefits that include medical, dental, and vision insurance along with the freedom of remote work.
