We are currently looking for a passionate professional to help us scale our genAI crypto SaaS product and ensure our users have a seamless experience as they navigate this evolving landscape.

Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Associate to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in India. This is a foundational role where you will act as the primary advocate for our clients, helping them unlock the full potential of our AI-driven tools while working closely with a small, agile team.

Your impact

• Build deep relationships with our institutional clients by understanding their unique business workflows and helping them integrate our AI solutions into their daily operations.
• Serve as the frontline for customer support by troubleshooting inquiries, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
• Drive product adoption by conducting expert-led demonstrations, training sessions, and gathering actionable feedback to help our product team build the features our users need most.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years of experience in institutional client coverage, with a proven ability to manage complex relationships in a demanding environment.
• A strong analytical mindset, including proficiency with tools like Mode or Amplitude, and a high level of comfort using Salesforce CRM.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems quickly while maintaining high attention to detail.
• A bachelor’s degree in a field like Finance, Engineering, or Business, with a master’s degree considered a plus.
• A proactive, self-starting attitude and a genuine interest in the cryptocurrency industry.
• Fluency in English.
