We have built a sophisticated credit orchestration platform that utilizes smart technology and digital datasets, enabling lenders to launch and scale modern working capital products with ease. We specialize in simplifying complex financial products like invoice finance and asset-based lending, helping our clients bring digital solutions to market in as little as 90 days. We are currently looking for a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis in Australia. In this hybrid role, you will serve as a vital link between our technical capabilities and our customers' business goals, acting as a dedicated advocate for our clients while managing the entire lifecycle of their integration and success.
Responsibilities
- Partner with our sales team to design tailored technical solutions, lead product demonstrations, and contribute to technical proposals and architecture documentation.
- Take the lead on implementing our credit management solutions for new clients, which includes managing the onboarding process, troubleshooting technical hurdles, and maintaining clear integration documentation.
- Drive long-term customer success by conducting quarterly business reviews, monitoring account performance, and identifying opportunities to expand our partnership through additional services.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical role, ideally within the fintech or financial services SaaS sector.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Deep technical knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and web services, alongside familiarity with cloud platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, customer-centric mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
