Role at a glance
We’re hiring a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer on a full-time basis. The role is hybrid, centered in Sydney with regular on-site client work across the region and occasional travel to our London and New York offices.
Your impact
- Partner directly with enterprise customers to showcase OpenFin’s APIs and guide them through architecture decisions that turn our platform into production-ready solutions.
- Design and build tailored JavaScript, TypeScript, React or Angular applications that solve real workflow challenges and speed up client adoption.
- Deliver training, run regular check-ins and provide responsive technical support-including occasional after-hours coverage-so every implementation lands smoothly and scales quickly.
What you'll need
Seven or more years of software development experience in customer-facing roles, rock-solid JavaScript and TypeScript skills, and proven success building and supporting large single-page applications. You’re confident explaining complex technology to both engineers and business stakeholders, comfortable juggling concurrent projects, and energized by diving into new tech stacks. Experience with Electron, PWAs, .NET or Java is a plus, as is prior exposure to OpenFin tooling. English fluency and a genuine passion for web standards complete the profile.
Perks and compensation
Enjoy a flexible hybrid setup that balances focused remote work with meaningful face time with clients and colleagues. You’ll join a diverse, supportive culture that values learning and connection-regular offsites, happy hours, virtual social events and active Employee Resource Groups keep collaboration fun and ideas flowing.
