The role

We are looking for a Customer Service Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Tbilisi, Georgia. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone who is organized, personable, and eager to grow within the event industry. You will work from our office in the city center, typically Monday through Friday from 12:00 to 21:00, though you should be prepared to support clients on weekends when event demands arise.

Core responsibilities

• Drive the sales of wedding and corporate event packages for our international destinations.
• Guide clients through our service offerings to help them select the perfect options for their needs.
• Prepare personalized proposals, manage the contract process, and handle all necessary invoicing.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should be fluent in English and possess a strong background in sales, customer service, and event coordination. We value candidates who can resolve issues quickly and maintain a high level of professionalism while managing multiple client accounts.
