Responsibilities

Requirements
- A High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education.
- Between 1 and 2 years of professional experience in customer service, specifically involving the use of multiple computer systems.
- Strong communication skills, allowing you to interact with others in a professional and pleasant manner.
- A proven ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet established deadlines.
