We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with your teammates to achieve our collective company goals.
  • Maintain high standards for quality and production while resolving customer inquiries.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education.
  • Between 1 and 2 years of professional experience in customer service, specifically involving the use of multiple computer systems.
  • Strong communication skills, allowing you to interact with others in a professional and pleasant manner.
  • A proven ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet established deadlines.
