About the Role

We are hiring for a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to take on a leadership position within our customer service department. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the correct parts and support they need to keep their businesses running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order process, including creating new orders, verifying pricing, and checking part availability.
• Act as a mentor and leader for junior team members while resolving complex customer inquiries or concerns.
• Handle administrative tasks such as processing payments and managing returns with high attention to detail.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, team management, or the automotive parts distribution industry.
• Strong communication skills and a reliable, team-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including data entry and navigating various software screens.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred, though not strictly required.
• While prior knowledge of auto parts is a plus, we are happy to provide training for the right candidate.

This is an on-site position based in the United States.
