What is this role?
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join us on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level, remote position based in Jordan. You will play a vital role in our support operations, ensuring that our users receive accurate information and high-quality assistance through our ticketing system and live chat platforms.
What will you do?
- Manage a high volume of inquiries through live chat and various online tools while maintaining our high standards for response quality.
- Provide comprehensive solutions to customer complaints and requests, ensuring you follow up to secure a resolution within established time limits.
- Collaborate with other business units to document customer needs and assist with identification approval processes for our exchange platform.

- At least one year of experience in customer service, ideally within the finance or e-commerce sectors.
- A college degree or higher.
- Native-level fluency in Arabic and advanced proficiency in English, as you will be supporting users in both languages.
- A proactive, meticulous, and honest approach to your work, combined with the ability to handle pressure and work across different shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
