What you bring
As a Senior Customer Service Rep II, you will serve as a vital link between our patients, providers, and internal teams. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will be responsible for managing complex operational workflows and ensuring our users have a seamless experience. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Resolving patient and provider inquiries with clarity, empathy, and efficiency.
- Managing daily operational tasks and support tickets using tools like Zendesk and Stripe.
- Identifying recurring service patterns and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve our internal processes.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a blend of technical proficiency and strong interpersonal skills. You should have at least one to two years of experience in a customer-facing, operations, or support role, with a preference for those who have worked in telehealth or healthcare billing. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who feels comfortable navigating structured workflows and is eager to take ownership of their tasks to ensure the best possible outcome for our users.
