Gopuff is a rapidly growing leader in the online grocery delivery space, and we are committed to making everyday life more convenient for our customers. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Live Operations Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. In this remote role, you will be the heart of our support operations, ensuring that our customers, delivery partners, and micro fulfillment centers receive the help they need to keep things running smoothly from the moment an order is placed until it arrives at the door.
Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of inquiries from customers and partners using live chat, email, phone, and Slack, ensuring every interaction is professional and timely.
- Focus on resolving issues for our delivery partners and fulfillment centers quickly to achieve first-contact resolution.
- Work alongside our operations teams to tackle complex problems and escalate urgent matters when necessary to maintain our high standards of service.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer service role, ideally within a fast-paced or e-commerce environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, paired with a natural ability to solve problems.
- Technical proficiency with CRM systems and ticketing platforms, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with any additional customer service certifications being a bonus.
- The ability to work independently in a remote setting and the flexibility to cover non-traditional hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Access to your own reliable laptop and a stable, private WiFi network to perform your duties.
