We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Spain. In this role, you will be a vital part of our operations, helping to ensure that players of 2K Games receive top-tier support. You will act as a key resource for our support representatives, resolving complex issues and maintaining the high standards our community expects. Please submit all applications in English.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and patient assistance to resolve customer inquiries and technical issues.
- Develop a deep understanding of 2K products and master troubleshooting for PC, PlayStation, and Microsoft gaming consoles.
- Contribute to our internal knowledge base by helping create training materials and documentation for both our team and our customers.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within an online environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong technical proficiency, including experience with Windows, the MS Office Suite, and G Suite.
- Fluency in English, plus professional proficiency in at least one of the following languages: German, French, or Spanish.
- A solid understanding of current video game hardware and platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with both customers and internal development teams.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software like Zendesk or bug tracking tools is considered a plus.
