We are looking for a Customer Service Analyst Level 2 to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Brazil. At Creditas, we operate as the largest online credit platform in Latin America, leveraging our proprietary technology to offer loans, insurance, and investment services backed by homes, vehicles, and salaries. With 12 years of history, we have reached a valuation of 3.5 billion USD and processed over 13 million credit requests. Our Resolutions team is essential to this mission, as they handle critical post-sales inquiries and perform complex operational investigations to ensure our customers receive efficient solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex level 2 post-sales tickets, ensuring each case is prioritized and tracked until completion.
- Conduct thorough operational investigations to address inconsistencies in processes or deliveries and act proactively to prevent critical escalations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to mediate solutions and provide structured, clear feedback to our customers.
Requirements
- A degree, either completed or in progress, in Administration, Management Processes, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in level 2 support, back-office operations, or complex case resolution.
- Strong background in post-sales demands and coordinating with internal stakeholders such as Finance or Customer Experience teams.
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese, both written and verbal.
- A highly analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and suggest process improvements.
- The ability to work in a hybrid capacity at our office in Morumbi, São Paulo.
