The role
We are seeking a Customer Sales Advisor to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Edinburgh. This is a mid-level position designed for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a collaborative culture where we value innovation, resilience, and supporting one another as we tackle the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry.
Core responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers to introduce our broadband packages.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their specific needs, handle objections with confidence, and successfully close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and ensure consistent follow-up on leads to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Proven professional experience in cold calling and outbound sales environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and persuade others effectively.
- A target-driven mindset paired with the resilience to handle objections and the self-motivation to maintain a high level of activity.
- Fluency in English.
