What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Customer Retention Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping how our users interact with our products throughout their journey. You will work from anywhere to help us build lasting relationships with our customers.
- You will design and manage comprehensive customer onboarding experiences to ensure long-term success.
- You will lead strategic programs that foster customer loyalty, including advisory boards, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
- You will collaborate with our sales and growth teams to develop a pipeline of referenceable customers and capture impactful success stories.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with at least five years of experience in customer marketing or retention, specifically within high-growth B2B technology companies. You should have a deep understanding of customer behavior and the ability to measure the effectiveness of your engagement programs. Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is essential. We value candidates who possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working across multiple departments to drive consensus. You should be comfortable working through ambiguity with an entrepreneurial spirit, and you must be fluent in English. Please be prepared to share samples of your public work, such as blog posts or website content, that demonstrate your writing and editing abilities.
