We are looking for a Customer Retention Manager to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Lindon, Utah. Since our founding in 2017, Crumbl has grown into the nation's fastest-growing cookie company, serving our famous rotating flavors in iconic pink boxes to customers across more than 1,000 locations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee a strategic calendar for email, SMS, and push notification campaigns designed to encourage repeat purchases.
- Analyze and refine customer journeys by utilizing audience segmentation and insights from our customer data platform.
- Draft engaging, on-brand copy for all retention-focused communication channels.
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve the performance of our messaging.
- Work alongside our graphic design team to produce high-quality creative assets that drive conversions.
- Coordinate with the Paid Media team to launch effective retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations based on campaign results.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
Must-haves
- At least 2 years of professional experience in email and SMS marketing, ideally within a high-growth environment.
- Strong copywriting abilities and excellent organizational skills.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of marketing regulations, laws, and best practices for email and SMS.
- High level of attention to detail and a calm, focused approach to changing priorities.
Nice-to-haves
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience working with the Braze customer data platform.
- Background in the D2C or eCommerce sectors.
