The opportunity
We are searching for a Customer Reference and Referral Marketing Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity. In this senior role, you will be the bridge between our existing customer base and our future growth. Your mission is to cultivate deep relationships with our users, turning their success into a structured referral program that drives new client acquisition. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure our messaging is consistent, impactful, and centered on the voice of the customer.
A day in the life
- You will design and scale a comprehensive customer referral program, creating incentives that motivate our current users to share their positive experiences with others.
- You will lead the strategy for our annual user conferences and advisory boards, transforming these events into vibrant platforms for community engagement and referral generation.
- You will produce high-quality content, including case studies and social media updates, while using tools like HubSpot and Webflow to maintain our digital presence and support our SEO efforts.
Who you are
You are a strategic thinker with a background in B2B marketing, ideally within the SaaS or technology space. You understand how to build and maintain strong relationships, and you have a knack for using data to refine your approach. You are comfortable managing multiple projects at once and possess the communication skills needed to craft compelling stories for various audiences. You are proficient in English and are ready to work from our office three to four days per week to collaborate with your teammates.
