What you bring
As a Senior Customer Quality Engineer, you will serve as the primary advocate for our clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the product lifecycle. This full-time, hybrid role based in the United States requires a professional who can bridge the gap between our internal engineering teams and our customers. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customer engineering and management teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Taking ownership of customer issues by identifying root causes and driving the implementation of permanent corrective and preventative actions.
- Monitoring performance metrics to proactively identify adverse trends and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in Operations, Product Quality, and Data Analysis. We are looking for candidates who hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science, paired with at least five years of relevant experience in quality, sales, or technical fields. You should be highly skilled in problem-solving and negotiation, with a solid understanding of semiconductor fabrication, assembly processes, and statistical methods. The ideal candidate is a professional who remains calm under pressure and is comfortable with up to 10% travel. Please note that you must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship, and you must be able to access technical data in compliance with export control regulations.
