At Aeva, we are on a mission to redefine perception technology. We are transforming the world of autonomy by integrating essential LiDAR components onto a single silicon photonics chip. Our 4D LiDAR sensors go beyond standard 3D positioning by detecting instant velocity, which helps autonomous vehicles and robots navigate the world with greater intelligence and safety. We work across a wide range of fields, including industrial robotics, automated driving, consumer electronics, and security, and we are looking for someone to join our team as we continue to push the boundaries of what is possible.
What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Customer Program Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is an on-site role based in the United States. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our accounts, building strong relationships while ensuring our program deliverables are met with precision and care.
What will you do?
- Collaborate closely with our sales and technical leads to manage both strategic goals and tactical daily actions for our key accounts.
- Translate complex customer requirements, requests, and technical issues into clear, actionable tasks for our cross-functional internal teams.
- Take ownership of weekly customer meetings, including preparing presentations, documenting notes, and ensuring all follow-up items are completed to exceed customer expectations.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in program management, customer success, and technology. We value candidates who possess the following:
- Between 3 and 5 years of professional experience in customer success, account management, automotive program management, or business development.
- A solid understanding of industrial and automotive product development cycles, including supply chain dynamics and commercial terms.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and an analytical mindset, allowing you to influence stakeholders at all levels and navigate fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Fluency in English and a willingness to travel to provide on-site support to our customers.
- A proven ability to prioritize tasks, escalate issues effectively, and gain buy-in from diverse, remote teams.
What's in it for you?
Joining our team means becoming part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your contributions have a direct impact on the future of autonomy. We offer the following benefits to support our team members:
- Comprehensive medical insurance.
- Dental insurance coverage.
- Vision insurance.
- Unlimited vacation policy, because we focus on results rather than tracking hours.
