We are looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving customer retention and growth by managing marketing channels that foster loyalty and product adoption.
Key outcomes
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns that boost customer engagement and drive sales.
- Manage and nurture our presence on peer review platforms like G2, TrustRadius, and Gartner Peer Insights.
- Produce high-quality content, including case studies, testimonials, and reference materials, to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Customer Success to support product launches and upsell efforts.
- Analyze customer data to refine marketing strategies and optimize engagement touchpoints.
- Encourage customer participation in advocacy programs, including referral initiatives, speaking opportunities, and user communities.
- Assist in developing automated customer journey campaigns and future advocacy programs.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least one year of professional experience in marketing, communications, analytics, or customer success.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Experience using HubSpot or comparable marketing automation tools to build and optimize nurturing tracks.
- Strong writing and content creation skills for producing product sheets, ebooks, and other customer-facing resources.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and the MS Office suite.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate effectively across different internal teams.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience working within the SaaS or IT security industries.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and professional communities like LinkedIn, X, and Spiceworks to monitor industry conversations and nurture customer relationships.
