What is this role?
We are seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is a mid-level position perfect for someone who enjoys crafting impactful customer journeys and delivering measurable business results. You will play a pivotal role in our organization, working closely with our Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams to drive engagement and product adoption across the entire customer lifecycle.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies that foster product adoption, deepen customer engagement, and improve overall retention rates.
- Manage a multichannel communication strategy that utilizes email, in-app messaging, direct mail, and social media to deliver relevant experiences to our users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to plan and host impactful customer events, such as webinars and product learning sessions, while gathering feedback to optimize our future performance.

- Three to five years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a closely related field.
- A strategic mindset with a proven track record of creating data-driven campaigns that yield measurable business impact.
- Proficiency in essential marketing tools such as Marketo, Gainsight, Outreach, and Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and a willingness to take a hands-on approach to support our team goals.
