We are looking for a dedicated Customer Marketing Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity. At Ombud, we help organizations automate content-heavy sales processes, such as RFP responses and security questionnaires, through our platform that blends project management, content collaboration, and machine learning. Our solutions are trusted by industry leaders like Microsoft, Zendesk, and Twilio to empower their revenue teams. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a professional who can deepen our customer relationships, drive brand loyalty, and expand our reach through strategic referral initiatives.
Key outcomes
- Design, launch, and scale a customer referral program, including the development of incentives that motivate current clients to advocate for our services.
- Manage our annual user conferences and semi-annual Customer Advisory Boards to foster community engagement and showcase customer success.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to produce high-quality content, including case studies, email campaigns, presentations, and website copy.
- Execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at customer retention and referral pipeline growth.
- Own our social media presence through active community management and consistent content production.
- Utilize platforms like HubSpot and Webflow to manage content updates and track campaign performance.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to provide actionable reporting on the impact of our marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in marketing or customer relationship management, ideally within the B2B SaaS sector.
- Strong expertise in developing and managing referral programs, including the ability to measure ROI and program effectiveness.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in SEO principles and content production for various digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using CRM tools to track engagement and campaign metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work from our office three to four days per week.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support our team members, which includes:
