Role at a glance
We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position based on-site in the United States. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how our customers experience Snyk from their very first interaction.
Your impact
- Design and optimize automated onboarding journeys that help our self-serve customers reach key milestones and realize value quickly.
- Develop targeted nurture programs tailored to the specific needs of security professionals and developers.
- Collaborate with our Product and Customer Success teams to identify friction points and continuously refine the onboarding experience based on customer feedback.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should have 3 to 5 years of experience in customer marketing, program management, or a related customer-facing field, ideally within the B2B SaaS space. You should be fluent in English and possess the following qualities:
- A proven ability to design and execute effective customer onboarding programs.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and engagement tools.
- Strong project management skills, allowing you to manage multiple complex initiatives at once.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear communication for diverse audiences.
