About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. In this role, you will lead the charge in driving customer advocacy, managing our new champions program, and developing high-impact customer stories. You will serve as a key bridge between our marketing, sales, and customer success teams, using your expertise in account-based marketing and MarTech to foster engagement and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns that support customer advocacy, reference programs, reviews, and speaking opportunities.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize campaign performance, track key performance indicators, and ensure a strong return on investment.
- Manage the strategy and launch of our new Demandbase Champions Program, including relationship management and the development of thought leadership initiatives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Three to five years of progressive experience in customer marketing.
- Strong background in account-based marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Advanced proficiency with essential marketing technology tools, including Salesforce, WordPress, Asana, and other industry-standard platforms.
- A proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and successful multi-channel campaigns.
- Excellent communication and partnership skills to collaborate effectively with sales and customer success teams.
Location
This position is based in the United States and follows a hybrid work model.
Compensation and Benefits
