We are looking for a dedicated Customer Marketing Associate to join our WisdomTree Prime team. At WisdomTree, we act as a global financial innovator by providing exchange-traded products and modern financial solutions. We are currently pushing the boundaries of finance by developing blockchain-native tools like our WisdomTree Prime digital wallet and various tokenized assets. As we build our customer lifecycle marketing function from the ground up, you will have the unique opportunity to take ownership of your work, grow your leadership skills, and make a tangible impact on our business success.
What you'll be doing
- You will collaborate with our User Experience team to design and refine customer journey maps that guide our engagement strategy.
- You will execute personalized marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and in-app messaging, to boost user activity and drive revenue.
- You will oversee the end-to-end creative process for our marketing materials, which involves managing briefs, coordinating reviews with legal and compliance teams, and analyzing performance data to suggest future improvements.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in marketing and a desire to work within the evolving digital asset space. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in customer marketing, specifically with campaign management across digital platforms.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft suite and the ability to quickly master new software and marketing technologies.
- A high level of organization and attention to detail, paired with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- A proactive mindset that allows you to work autonomously while maintaining a collaborative spirit within a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing industry.
- While not required, experience in financial services or the DeFi space is highly valued.
