We are proud to be a Great Place to Work certified organization, and we are currently looking for a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will report to the Director of Customer Marketing and focus on nurturing long-term relationships, driving retention, and fostering customer advocacy.
Key outcomes
- Design and execute comprehensive lifecycle programs that guide customers from onboarding through to renewal and advocacy.
- Utilize data-driven insights to boost product adoption and overall customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to produce high-quality webinars, guides, and use case articles that highlight our Masterclass brand.
- Work alongside Sales and Product teams to identify upsell opportunities and create targeted campaigns for our existing client base.
- Act as a subject matter expert on customer needs and industry trends to influence product strategy.
- Establish and track key performance metrics to report on the success and return on investment of your marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in lifecycle or customer marketing within a B2B technology setting.
- Strong project management, content creation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Gainsight, Notion, and the Google Suite.
- A proven ability to analyze customer data to build actionable strategies.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success departments.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A demonstrated capacity for empathy and building trust with clients.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience working within the financial services, investment banking, or private markets sectors.
- Knowledge of selling SaaS products to specialized niche markets.
- A self-starting mindset with a passion for uncovering trends through data.
- A creative approach to problem-solving and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $53,000 to $80,000. In addition to base pay, we offer several benefits to support our team, including:
