About the Role
HappyCo is seeking a Customer Launch Engineer to provide expert frontline support for our customers during product launch and beyond. In this role, you will develop automations to manual steps within our launch flow, debug and resolve technical issues, collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, and help customers integrate with HappyCo’s services. Your work will directly enhance customer satisfaction, accelerate launches, and reduce reliance on core engineering teams, allowing them to focus on product innovation.
