We are currently seeking a Customer Launch Engineer to join our remote team and provide expert frontline support during product launches and beyond. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our customers and our core engineering team by automating manual processes, resolving technical hurdles, and ensuring our clients successfully integrate with our services.
Key outcomes
- Develop clean, efficient code to facilitate seamless customer integrations.
- Serve as a technical specialist for customers and properties throughout the launch phase.
- Investigate and debug complex issues, providing actionable insights to both our clients and internal departments.
- Identify recurring technical challenges and implement long-term solutions to enhance product stability.
- Manage the scope and configuration of product rollouts to ensure a smooth, professional experience.
- Provide critical feedback to our product teams to help refine our development and rollout strategies.
- Maintain high service standards by ensuring all launch-related tickets are resolved within our established service level agreements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a software engineering capacity.
- Strong proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting, particularly within cloud-based or SaaS environments.
- Technical fluency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
- Practical experience working with APIs, web services, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts and platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proven ability to provide direct technical support, manage ticket lifecycles, and analyze customer issue trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset focused on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience using monitoring and logging tools like Datadog, Splunk, or New Relic.
- Background in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or software deployment.
- Previous involvement in SaaS customer onboarding or implementation processes.
- Experience working with B2B enterprise clients, specifically within the real estate or property management sectors.
- Experience working as part of a global, distributed team across different time zones.
