What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Customer Integrations Engineer to join us in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in the United States. In this role, you will serve as a foundational member of our team, acting as a technical bridge between our engineering department and our clients. You will leverage your expertise in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, and API integrations to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.

• Serve as a technical advisor and solutions architect during the post-sales phase to resolve client challenges.
• Execute product integrations and customize features to demonstrate the full value of our platform to customers.
• Partner closely with both our sales and engineering teams to ensure our product capabilities are communicated clearly and effectively.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should have at least three years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting. We are looking for someone who can translate complex technical concepts into clear language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You should be a self-starter who enjoys the fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous nature of a startup environment. Proficiency in English is required, and while not mandatory, familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Snowflake will be considered a significant advantage.
