We are a growing team of about 40 people, and we are looking for a talented individual to help us continue our momentum following our recent Series C funding.

What you bring

As our founding Customer Integrations Engineer, you will serve in a senior, full-time capacity, acting as the primary technical bridge between our engineering department and our clients. You will work in a hybrid capacity based in the United States, helping customers unlock the full potential of our platform. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Serving as a technical advisor and solutions architect throughout the post-sales process to resolve client inquiries.
• Managing product integrations and customizing features to highlight the specific benefits of our technology for each client.
• Deepening your mastery of our API suite and SaaS tools to ensure successful customer adoption and long-term satisfaction.

Requirements

We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in the fast-paced environment of a startup. You should have at least three years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting. It is essential that you can explain complex technical details regarding APIs and SaaS platforms to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. We value candidates who possess excellent presentation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. While not strictly required, familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Snowflake is considered a significant advantage.
