What is this role?
We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a junior-level position based on-site in Spain. If you enjoy helping others and want to grow your professional skills in a fast-paced setting, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What will you do?
- Provide exceptional support to customers across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Use your communication skills to listen, show empathy, and personalize every interaction to ensure customers leave with a smile.
- Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions while working to improve our internal processes and maintain high performance standards.

We are looking for someone who brings a unique personality and a positive attitude to our team. To be successful, you should possess the following:
- Native German language skills and a strong command of English to communicate effectively within our international office.
- Availability to work 24 hours per week, spread across 3 days.
- Technical proficiency with Google Suite, MS Office, and CRM software.
- A genuine interest in animals, particularly dogs, or experience with food supplements.
- A flexible mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
