We are currently looking for a passionate Customer Experience Representative to join our remote team and help us continue delivering exceptional service to our fashion-forward community.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding, empathetic support to our online customers across all communication channels while maintaining our unique brand voice.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and refine strategies that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Consistently meet and aim to exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs.
- Manage end-to-end customer service inquiries, including resolving escalated issues.
- Coordinate with your peers to ensure full coverage of all tasks and business goals.
- Foster strong professional relationships both within the customer experience department and across the wider organization.
- Maintain clear, open communication with the U.S. customer experience team.
Must-haves
- Proficiency in Shopify and experience managing shipping-related inquiries.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- Experience or a strong interest in e-commerce and the fashion industry.
- A collaborative spirit and a desire to contribute to a positive team culture.
